⚙️Product description:

Structural composition: The HF0812 one-way needle roller bearing is composed of a thin-walled stamped outer ring with a series of inclined rollers on its inner diameter, a plastic cage, a spring and needle rollers.

Material: The outer ring is generally made of ST14 steel, and 20# steel can also be used according to special requirements; the cage material is PA66 nylon; the needle rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel; the spring sheet is made of resin or stainless steel.

Working principle: The locking device is composed of the inclined raceways on the outer ring and the needle rollers. When the shaft rotates in a certain direction, the needle rollers, under the action of the spring, maintain constant contact with the shaft and the inclined raceways, thereby transmitting torque; when the shaft rotates in the opposite direction, the needle rollers are pushed away, and the bearing is in a separated state, unable to transmit torque, achieving one-way motion.

Technical parameters: In terms of maximum rotational speed, the shaft rotates at a maximum of 17000 r/min, and the outer ring rotates at a maximum of 12000 r/min. The rated torque is approximately 3.15 Nm, and the working temperature range is generally from -10℃ to +70℃.

It has an extremely small radial cross-sectional height, a small clamping part mass and related inertial torque, allowing for high conversion frequency, small backlash friction torque, and is easy to install. After being pressed into the bearing seat hole, no further axial positioning is required.
