⚙️Structural features:
The HK1212 needle roller bearing is a single-row needle roller bearing without an inner ring. The outer ring has open ends and is in a drawn cup type structure. It is made of sheet steel and has a relatively thin wall thickness. The bearing is equipped with multiple thin and long needle rollers. The retaining ring made of sheet steel evenly separates the needle rollers to reduce friction, vibration and noise.
Performance parameters: The basic rated dynamic load is 6.27kN, the basic rated static load is 7.35kN, the fatigue load limit is 0.85kN, the reference speed is 16000r/min, and the limit speed is 18000r/min.
Material and manufacturing: The bearings are made of bearing steel, which has good wear resistance and fatigue strength. The cage is made of sheet steel and has an ordinary tolerance grade.
