The HFL3528A drawn cup needle bearing belongs to the HFL series and is a one-way needle clutch assembly with supporting bearings.
Structural composition: It consists of a thin-walled stamped outer ring, a cage, an irregular-shaped spring embedded in the cage, and needle rollers. Among them, the cage is made of nylon material, the irregular-shaped spring is a stainless steel spring, and the needle rollers are made of bearing steel.
Working principle: When rotating forward, the needle rollers roll along the specific raceway and transmit torque through the tooth surface connection to achieve the forward movement of the shaft; when rotating backward, under the action of the inclined raceway and the spring, the needle rollers wedge tightly with the inclined raceway of the outer ring, preventing torque transmission, thereby achieving the one-way locking function.
Material: The outer ring is made of ST14 and other low-carbon steels, the cage is made of nylon, and the needle rollers are made of bearing steel.
Features: It has the characteristics of one-way movement and reverse locking, with high conversion frequency and conversion accuracy, and can withstand a certain radial load.
