⚙️Structural features:
Outer ring design: The outer ring of the HMK1510 needle roller bearing is precisely deep-drawn from thin steel plate, and the raceway is surface-hardened, offering high strength and wear resistance. The outer ring, needle rollers, and cage form an inseparable structure.
Inner ring design: An inner ring is usually not used; instead, the shaft serves as the raceway surface, which saves space and reduces costs.
Cage: A steel plate cage is used to separate the needle rollers, ensuring their uniform distribution and normal operation.
Bearing type: It is an open-type stamped outer ring needle roller bearing without sealing structure, and it uses single-row needle rollers.
Operating temperature range: The normal operating temperature range is between -20℃ and +120℃.
Installation features: The bearings can be simply pressed into a rigid bearing housing with an appropriate fit. Axial fixation does not require retaining rings or other fasteners, making the installation process very simple.
