⚙️Structural features:

Bearing housing: Made of zinc alloy, it has good corrosion resistance and certain strength. Its shape is a two-bolt rhombic flange structure, which is convenient for installation and fixation.

Bearings unit: The insert bearing is made of GCr15 steel, which has high hardness and good wear resistance. The inner ring is equipped with a locking screw (set screw), which is tightened to the shaft to prevent the bearing from rotating relative to the shaft. The bearing has a certain self-aligning ability and can compensate for a small amount of misalignment of the shaft.

Sealing device: The KFL005 bearing is equipped with a double-sided sealing device, which can effectively prevent dust, impurities, etc. from entering the interior of the bearing, ensuring the normal operation and service life of the bearing.

Combined with a double-layer sealing system, it can adapt to dusty and humid environments such as agriculture and food processing; the rolling elements of the bearing steel are precisely processed, resulting in low friction coefficient during operation, low vibration and noise, and a normal working life of over 10,000 hours.

Lightweight:

The zinc alloy material is 40% lighter than the cast iron bearing seat of the same size, making it suitable for equipment that is sensitive to weight, such as conveyor belts and 3D printers.
